Throughout the day Juniors will learn a variety of Martial Art techniques from multiple disciplines, and work on their fitness and coordination with skill based games and drills!
We will have a lunch break halfway through as well as some short breaks, so children will need to bring a packed lunch and plenty of water and snacks to keep them going – they will be working hard!
Please ensure suitable sports clothing is worn.

This Day Camp is for young teens who want to take their first step into Gym and Weight Training! Beginning with a lesson in good training practices - warming up, session planning, and responsible training/lifting. We will progress on to the fundamentals of Gym and Weight Training, including Barbell and Dumbbell lifts, teaching correct form for exercises including Deadlifts and Bench Press.
No ego lifting is encouraged or permitted! We will absolutely be testing their strength and fitness, but within safe and responsible limits.
Send them prepared for aching muscles after this one!

Please note that the Youth's Day Camp will be taking place within our main Gym area. Therefore, we will require full concentration during participation. We will not tolerate behaviour we deem inappropriate or unsafe, and will not allow the participation of any Youth that does not respect the rules of the Gym.
