Your privacy is important to us. This privacy notice is intended to show you how your information is processed online. This applies to subscriptions and any contact information you provide us. Please read the following and contact us directly if you have any concerns or questions regarding this policy.

What information do we collect?

When you input your contact details into our contact form, we receive the information you enter in order to reply to your messages. These are stored online in a private mailbox, and can be removed on your request at any time.

When you sign up, you will be sent to a secure site to enter your payment details. We do not receive any of your payment or financial information. Our direct debit service provider, GoCardless, will handle all the payment processes on their secure servers. We will have access to your payment schedule, and can amend Direct Debits, but will have no access to financial account information.

None of your personal information will be sold on. Your contact details may be shared with one of our trainers with your consent in relation to any bookings or enquiries.

How do we use personal information?

Your contact information entered online will be used to reply to your contact form query. Your personal information may be used by one of our Trainers, where appropriate and requested, to book a session. We may in future wish to send out marketing or promotional communications, and we may use the information you provide for internal market research purposes.

What legal basis do we have for processing your personal data?

By entering your information, you are consenting for us to contact you regarding the services you have enquired about. You have the right to withdraw your consent, please do so by sending us an email or online message.

By signing up to one of our memberships and entering your financial information, you are voluntarily signing a contract to enter into a Direct Debit agreement with our payment processing company, GoCardless. This can be cancelled any time without notice (although a little heads up for us would be appreciated). When do we share personal data?

Your personal information will be kept confidential and only shared internally where appropriate. For instance, if you wish to book a Personal Training session with one of our Trainers, we may give them your contact information in order to book your session. Otherwise, your information is kept strictly confidential on a secure online server. Please note that some of our Trainers are self-employed, therefore “internal” may refer to someone not directly employed by the business but someone that works closely with us.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

We keep your personal data for as long as you are a member with us. We will remove your contact details 6 months after your membership has expired by deleting them from our online server. Please note that this only applies to the information you provide online. We do not hold any financial account information.

Your rights in relation to personal data

You have the right to control your personal data. You are free to request the information we hold about you, and to amend or withdraw your consent at any time. If you do not wish for us to hold or use your personal information we encourage you to contact us via telephone or in person instead of via our online contact form.

If you have a complaint then please speak to us first and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If you are still unhappy, then you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office.
