HybridFIT consists of multiple workouts, each designed for groups of 2, 3 or 4 people. Each session is spread across both the Gym and Studios, and every fortnight (or every Friday Morning for HybridFIT Express!) will consist of a mixture of Gym work, punchbag workouts, bodyweight and Functional Training sections!
We consider all levels of Fitness when planning the sessions so everyone is welcome! And don't worry if you are flying solo - we will ensure everyone has a team!
HybridFIT is, as the name suggests, a blend of all our styles of training. Each session incorporates something for everyone - whether you are more familiar with a punchbag or a barbell.
Take on each workout at your own pace, and take on as many as you can (or want to!) attempt each night!
HybridFIT Skills is where we will learn some of the more specific movements and exercises we may use in the main HybridFIT sessions! We will help you practice new skills or improve ones you already know, before trying them in a workout!
HybridFIT Skills is a Gym based session, broken down into sections of learning, practicing, and using a specific skill or set of skills in each session!
HybridFIT is made to be something different to a standard workout class. We want to provide both an evening of exercise, but also a social event. During the 2 hours, there will be plenty of time to rest and socialise with everyone else.
HybridFIT runs fortnightly, to give everyone plenty of time to rest in between! It is included in all memberships, whether that's a Gym, Martial Arts or Combined Membership - all our members are encouraged to come along! And if you are yet to join us, you are more than welcome to sign up!
