We are here to change the way you look at and approach the gym!

Our 24hr Functional Training Gym is our playground! Not to be confused with a generic chain gym, we are entirely dedicated to – and experienced in – all aspects of Functional, Body Weight, and Free Weight Training.

For a great workout, come and try your hand (and legs, knees & elbows!) at one of our Muay Thai or Sanda Martial Arts sessions. We run separate Adult, Youths and Juniors sessions to get the most out of everyone.

Our sessions are suitable for both beginners and those with previous experience - feel free to come along for a free trial session!
