Kickstart Boot Camps are proving ever popular – and we are seeing consistently great results! Our Boot Camps are aimed at getting you fitter, healthier, and most importantly; happier! It is not a calorie counting plan, and we don’t just encourage you to “shed a few lbs” (although it may happen along the way!). It is designed to make you the best version of you! We encourage you to push your own limits and if necessary make a few lifestyle changes; to be fit, healthy and happy! Our Boot Camps are designed to be suitable for absolutely everyone – all the exercises have levels to ensure you will be able to do them no matter what your current fitness is. From professional sofa surfer to aspiring athlete, everybody is welcome to the Kickstart Boot Camps!
Choose from our 5-6x instructor led sessions each week for 4 weeks! There is morning and evening sessions available, and you'll get a well earned rest week at the end of each Round, before we begin all over again. Not only does the rest week allow you some much needed recovery time but it gives your training structure, breaking your training down into manageable sections, helping to prevent the "yo-yo" gym effect!
